Fulbert Steffensky

Prof. Dr. Fulbert Steffensky was born in Germany in 1933. He studied Catholic and Protestant theology and subsequently worked in schools and in counselling. In 1969, he converted to Lutheranism and married the theologian Dorothee Sölle.

In 1972, he received his doctorate in Bochum. In the early 70s, he got his professorship in pedagogy and taught religious education in Hamburg until the late 90s. In 1976 and 1977, he even spent some time teaching at the Union Theological Seminary in New York.

From 2005 to 2011, Grupo Sal and Fulbert toured together on multiple occasions.
